The AFLEX DORSI joint is an arched joint that is reinforced by a braid of kevlar® fibres and can be used in walking boots.

It allows to manufacture boots with a light dorsiflexion in rest position.

Due to the natural elasticity of the joint, a dorsiflexion assist is necessary at swing phase.
